It will be difficult to top last week’s tremendous MMA action, which included two title fights for the UFC. There are a total of four fights scheduled for Friday night, beginning at 5:30 EST at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, on January 27th. With all of that said. Let’s take a closer look at the top MMA events to bet.

About Professional Fighters League

2023 PFL Challenger Series Welterweight- January 27th

The complete schedule for the PFL Challenger Series Season Two’s opening week has been set for Friday, January 27th in Orlando, Florida. Eight welterweights battle in the four-fight show, which airs live on Fubo Sports Network, for a chance to win a PFL contract and the opportunity to compete for a $1 million prize.

The main event on the opening card of the eight-night competition pits Itso Babulaidze (2-0) of Georgia against Brazil’s Lucas Barbosa (2-1). Barbosa will make his first appearance in mixed martial arts since 2012, but the Brazilian is a grappling champion, having won the IBJJF World Championships. Barbosa will face off against the Georgian fighter Babulaidze (2-0), who defeated Mahmoud Fawzy Sebie in his promotional debut for the PFL earlier this year via TKO.

Along with other matches, Minnesota prospect Zach Juusola (12-9) takes on Jozef Wittner (16-2) of Slovakia in an interesting welterweight matchup, while a pair of unbeaten prospects in Eric Alequin (7-0) of Florida will square off against fellow Floridian Thad Jean (4-0). Additionally, two knockout artists in Saudi Arabia’s Mostafa Rashed Neda (7-3) and the kid from New Hampshire, Nick Alley (7-5), face off on Friday night in Orlando.
