LFA 116: Fremd Vs Valente Betting Odds & Predictions

What better way to head into the weekend than with a loaded fight card at LFA 116? The action is going to be coming thick and fast on Friday night, with no less than 7 fights set for the main card in this one. The main card kicks off at 10 PM EST and is available to everyone with UFC Fight Pass. There are a lot of big bouts to cover for LFA 116: Fremd Vs Valente. Let’s get to it, with predictions for each of the 7 fights so you can bet against their LFA odds.

MMA Betting Preview for LFA 116: Fremd Vs Valente

Jacobi Jones Vs Logan Paxton

As is often the case with the early fights on the main card, we have a couple of relative newbies going head-to head in this Lightweight bout. Jones has won both of his pro fights, both of which came under the LFA banner. Paxton has just 1 pro fight, which he won, and this will be his first appearance with the LFA. Slight edge to Jones here, who I like to win by decision.

Haris Talundzic Vs Brock Smith

The Welterweights are next, and while these fighters are a little more experienced than the first two, but still early in their careers. Talundzic is a perfect 3-0, but he has had to work for that record, winning 2 of those fights by decision. Smith is 4-1 as a pro and has gone 1-1 in his 2 fights with the LFA. I am leaning towards Talundzic by decision.

Jalin Fuller Vs Ryan Charlebois

The next fight up on the main card is a Welterweight bout that features a pair of fighters who have yet to lose. Fuller is 5-0 and is on a run of 4 straight fights where he has won inside the distance. Charlebois is 3-0 and coming off a decision win after a pair of opening round victories. I am all over Fuller here to get the win by KO.

Pauline Macias Vs Marnic Mann

The ladies are up next for a Strawweight bout, with one of these fighters looking to bounce back from a loss. That would be Macias, who lost last time out after starting her pro career with 4 straight wins. Mann is a perfect 3-0 and has the power to stop any fight early. I think, though, that she might need to go all the way to get the win here.

Michael Stack Vs Jackson Filho

The Featherweights are next into the Octagon, with both of these fighters looking to get back to winning. Stack did win last time out, but that was a bounce back win after taking his first pro loss. Things are tougher for Filho, as he has now lost 2 of his last 3 to fall to 4-2. This is another that I think will go the distance, with Stack getting the win.

Daniel Argueta Vs Rodney Mondala

This Bantamweight bout will serve as the co-main event of the night, and it looks like a good one. Argueta is coming off a loss in a fight deemed as an exhibition, so he is still officially listed at 5-0 as a pro. Mondala is 6-3, and while he is coming off a win, he has lost 2 of his last 3 fights. I think Argueta gets the decision in this one.

Josh Fremd Vs Renato Valente

The headline event of the evening is a Middleweight bout between a pair of very good fighters. Fremd saw a great run of form come to an end with a loss last time out, dropping him to 7-2. Valente has been a little up and down in his last 5, going 3-2 to get to 8-4 overall. This one could be explosive, and I like Fremd to get the KO win.
