LFA 158: Lebosnoyani vs. Jones Odds Favorites, Betting Predictions & Analysis

The weekend is set to start with a bang, with a fantastic main card on tap with LFA 158. This one is being held in Chandler, Arizona on Friday night, with the action set to begin at 10 PM EST. Those of you who are subscribed to UFC Fight Pass can tune in, but even if you are unable to watch, you can still get your wagers on for what looks to be an excellent collection of bouts, including a title fight to top it all off. All told, there are 6 fights lined up on the main card, so let’s dive in and make some MMA betting predictions.

Cedric Katambwa Vs Austin Wourms

We get the evening started with a Lightweight bout that looks designed for one fighter in particular. That would be Katmbwa, who comes into this one with a perfect 3-0 record, all with the LFA. Wourms looks to have been chosen to give Katawmba some experience, as he comes in with a 5-5 record after losing each of his last 2 fights. I like Katawmba to get the job done with a KO finish.

Aupuni Pagaoa Vs Humberto Duarte

Next up is a Flyweight bout and one that looks a good bet to go the distance. Pagaoa comes into this one with a 3-1 record and a 2-fight win streak, all with the LFA. This will be the first appearance with the LFA for Duarte, who is 5-2 overall and the winner of 3 in a row. Duarte has been finishing fights quickly of late, but I think he has to work a little harder for the decision win here.

An Tuan Ho Vs Edwin De Los Santos

This Flyweight bout features a pair of fighters still in the very early stages of life as a pro. Ho has made a fantastic start, though, winning all 3 of his fights and all without having to go beyond Round 2. It has been a rockier start for De Los Santos, who is 2-1, although both of his wins came with Bellator. This should be a battle, but I have Ho winning by KO.

Kasey Tanner Vs Thiago Belo

Next up on the main card is a Bantamweight bout, with one of these fighters looking to protect a perfect record. That would be Tanner, who comes into this one at 6-0. He won his first fight with LFA without breaking too much of a sweat. Belo is in dire need of a win, as he has now lost 2 in a row, taking his record to 9-6-1. I like Tanner to get the submission win.

Kevin Natividad Vs Matheus Silva

The co-main event of the night is a Bantamweight bout, with both fighters in need of a win. Natividad is back with the LFA after a failed stint in the UFC, where he lost all 3 fights to fall to 9-4 overall. Silva is 8-2, and while he won last time out, that victory snapped a 3-fight losing skid. This should be a great fight and I like Natividad to get the decision win.

Jean-Paul Lebosnoyani Vs JaCobi Jones

The headline event of the night will see one of these men walk away with the Vacant Lightweight Championship. Lebosnoyani comes in with a 5-1 record and a 3-fight win streak, as well as a perfect 4-0 record with the LFA. Jones has the same 5-1 record, all with the LFA, and has won 2 in a row ahead of this title bout. I am giving the edge to Lebosnoyani, who I think takes it by submission.
