MMA Odds, Betting Preview for the Week's Main Cards: Bellator, LFA, PFL, and UFC

MMA Odds, Betting Preview for the Week’s Main Cards: Bellator, LFA, PFL, and UFC

We are coming off another huge night in the UFC, with Jon Jones making a triumphant return to the octagon. There is little time to think about all the great fights we saw this past week, as a new one is upon us, with more great events coming our way over the next few days. As always, we will cover each event in full, delivering previews and predictions of the fights on tap this coming weekend.

What we are doing here, though, is briefly talking about the events that are coming, so let’s jump right in and get your prepared for all the MMA betting action to come this week.

MMA Events During this Week: Don’t Miss Out on these Betting Events

Bellator 292

Bellator Info | Updated Bellator Odds
When: Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10:00 pm ET
Where: SAP Center, San Jose, CA
TV / Streaming: Showtime

The weekend begins with another big Bellator event, and while we don’t have a title fight in this one, we do have a pair of tournament bouts sitting at the top of the man card. Before we get to those fights, there are two more to choose from, both of which look very good indeed. The co-main event bouts are part of the quarterfinals in the Lightweight Championship. Tofiq Musayev and Alexander Shabily meet in the first one, with Usman Nurmagomedov and Benson Henderson duking it out in the final fight of the night.

LFA 154: Fernando vs. Silva

LFA Info | Updated LFA Odds
When: Friday, March 10, 2023 at 8:00 pm ET
Where: Ginásio do Polvilho, São Paulo, Brazil
TV / Streaming: UFC Fight Pass

You are going to have some decisions to make on Friday night, with this and the Bellator event basically going off at the same time. If it’s title fights that you are after, then this might be the one for you, as LFA 154 is home to a pair of championship bouts at the top of a 6-fight main card. The first of the two, which serves as the co-main event, sees Eduardo Neves and Hyago Silva go head-to-head for the vacant Heavyweight Championship. The bight closes out with Lucas Fernando and Jansey Silva battling for the vacant Middleweight Championship.

PFL Challenger Series Week 7

PFL Info | Updated PFL Odds
When: Friday, March 10, 2023 at 9:00 pm ET
Where: Universal Studios, Orlando, FL
TV / Streaming: fuboTV

I think it’s fair to suggest that we have a bit of an MMA log jam on Friday night, especially since Week 7 of the PFL Challenger Series is coming later in the week than usual. If you have been following along over the past few weeks, you will be well aware that the PFL events are broken up by weight class. This week, it is the Welterweights stepping into the octagon for a shot at a place in the PFL League, which comes later in the year. This one is headlined by Impa Kasanganay going against Osama Elseady.

UFC Fight Night Yan vs Dvalishvili

UFC Fight Night Info | Updated UFC Odds
When: Saturday, March 11, 2023 at 6:00 pm ET
Where: The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Las Vegas, NV
TV / Streaming: UFC PPC

As is always the case in the Fight Night bouts, we do not have a title fight happening, but we do have some very familiar faces showing up for what looks to be a rather impressive 6-fight main card. There are some great bouts before we get to the main event, which sees Alexander Volkov and Alexandr Romanov set to square off. That one leads us in nicely to the headline event of the evening, which has Petr Yan and Merab Dvalishvili squaring  off in a bout that might well decide who gets the next title shot.
