The Darlington 400 is the first leg of three races scheduled to be held at the famed track with another Monster Energy Cup Series race taking place on Wednesday, May 20 and the Southern 500 taking place on Memorial Day weekend (Sept. 6) for the 60th consecutive year. Now, let’s take a look at the value-packed MyBookie NASCAR odds to win the Darlington 400.

NASCAR Returns To Action As Darlington 400 Goes Down Live On May 17

Kyle Busch

The reigning NASCAR champion was winless through the four races before the 2020 campaign was suspended, but he also finished second and third in the last two events in California and Phoenix before the suspension. Busch has one career win at Darlington, which came at the Dodge Challenger 500 in the spring race back in 2008.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +600

Denny Hamlin

Hamlin won the prestigious season-opening Daytona 500 while finishing sixth and 20th in California and Phoenix. Hamlin has also won on this track twice in his career, most recently, the 2017 Bojangles’ Southern 500.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +700

Kevin Harvick

Harvick has finished inside the top 10 in all four NASCAR races this season, including second at Phoenix the last time out as he sits atop the NASCAR standings. The widely-respected veteran took the checkered flag at the 2014 Bojangles’ Southern 500 to record his only win at Darlington.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +800

Martin Truex Jr.

The 2017 NASCAR champ was off to a painfully slow start before the suspension, by faling to finish inside the top 10 in four races while racking up a pair of DNF’s along the way. Truex Jr. does have one career win at Darlingtonin the 2016 Bojangles’ Southern 500.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +850

Brad Keselowski

The 2012 NASCAR champ has one top five finish and two top 10 finishes so far this season and he’s also won at Darlington by taking the checkered flag at the 2018 VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero 400.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +100

Chase Elliott

Elliott is in third place in the NASCAR standings with one top five finish and a pair of top 10 finishes. Elliott also took the checkered flag at Darlington to win the 2014 VFW Sport Clips Help A Hero 400.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +1000

Joey Logano

The 2018 NASCAR champ is off to a stupendous start with wins at Las Vegas and Phoenix and an 12th place finish in California. The bad news is that Logano has never won at Darlington.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +100

Alex Bowman

Bowman doesn’t have a career win at Darlington, but he did take the checkered flag in California just two races prior to the 2020 season being brought to a halt.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +1200

Erik Jones

Jones won the season-opening Clash at Daytona and finished second in Duel 2 while recording a pair of top 20 finishes and two top 300 finishes so far this season.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +1600

Kurt Busch

Busch doesn’t have a win this season and he’s never won at Darlington, but he finished an encouraging third and sixth in his last two races in California and Phoenix respectively.

  • Odds to Win Darlington 400: +1800

Prediction

I’m going with Kevin Harvick to get the win in Darlington because of his fantastic consistency so far this season. With a dozen top 10 finishes and eight top five finishes at Darlington, Harvick knows this track as well as anyone. More importantly, he finished an identical fourth in both races at Darlington in 2019 and has recorded a stunning seven straight top 10 finishes on the track, including his lone win!

Pick: Kevin Harvick +800
