Between injuries and covid protocols, you never know if a team is going to have a full roster of players or not. Monday, January 24th – Utah Jazz @ Phoenix Suns

The Jazz have a rough two-day stretch. On Sunday night, they’ll travel to the Bay Area to take on the Golden State Warriors. On Monday night, they’ll head further south to take on the top team in the Western Conference, the Phoenix Suns. Phoenix is currently on a six-game winning streak and have won nine of their last ten games.

Chris Paul and company are playing at an elite level. Devin Booker is becoming one of the top guards in the league, and Mikael Bridges is quietly becoming one of the league’s most versatile players.

As for the Utah Jazz, they’ve become a more well-rounded team. Rudy Gobert has improved on the offensive end and has been a big complimentary piece to the scoring of Donovan Mitchell.

One thing to remember about the Jazz is that they are one of the best road teams in the league. The Jazz are 15-7 away from Salt Lake City, so keep that in mind when making your wager.

We like the Suns in this one. We know that Utah is very good on the road, but coming off of a tough one at Golden State on Sunday night and then traveling to Phoenix to take on the Suns, we think it’s going to take a big toll on the Jazz.

Monday, January 24th – Chicago Bulls @ Oklahoma City Thunder

Just a few days ago, the Bulls were sitting atop the Eastern Conference standings. Even though they haven’t played well as of late, they’re still sitting in the second spot.

However, the Bulls have gotten nothing but bad news over the last few days. Lonzo Ball has a torn meniscus in his knee and will miss the next few weeks.

Zach Lavine has missed the last few games with a sore knee, and due to a dirty play by Milwaukee’s Grayson Allen, the heart of the Bulls, Alex Caruso, will miss the next few weeks after having wrist surgery. The Bulls will be playing with a depleted lineup for a lengthy period of time.

Enter the Oklahoma City Thunder. While the Thunder have had a rough season, currently sitting at 14-32, this could be a game where they give the Bulls all they want. Even though they have lost nine of their last ten and are on a six-game losing streak, they’ll be hosting a Bulls squad that has had nothing but bad things happen to them over the last few days.

We’re not saying that the Thunder will beat the Bulls, but take a good look at this spread and see which team catches your eye.
