Washington at Arizona Cardinals (-6.5)Analysis: The Skins had their eight-game winning streak against Arizona snapped when they last met back in 2014 and I don’t think they’re going to win this Week 13 matchup of 2015 playoff participants. Washington at Chicago Bears (PK)Analysis: At this lat juncture of the 2016 regular season, the Skins could very well be challenging for a berth in the NFC playoffs. With that said, I can see the Skins getting the outright road win in this contest, much like their 24-21 road win over the Bears last season. Washington has won three straight road games against Chicago and a near-perfect seven of their last eight road dates against the Bears while posting a perfect 8-0 ATS mark over the stretch.
