NFL Week 11 Against the Spread Lines and Betting Picks

Its never a good idea to get too comfortable with predictions made on every team in the NFL, simply because fortunes can change in the matter of a couple of weeks. Look no further than the Buffalo Bills for proof of that. After losing an absolute thriller to the Minnesota Vikings this past weekend, the Bills are now down in 3rd in their division, which is a big drop for a team favored to win the Super Bowl this year. New favorites, including the Vikings, are emerging, but with a lot of football still to come, we might well still see things change once again over the next few weeks. For now, all eyes are on Week 11 of the NFL season, and we have our NFL Betting picks ready to go. Let’s start with our ATS selections.

Week 11 ATS Betting Picks | 2022 NFL Odds & Predictions

Chicago Bears (+3 ½) at Atlanta Falcons

While there is still a lot of football to come, the harsh reality is that the playoffs are beginning to move out of reach for both of these teams. Sure, the Falcons are still in a tight divisional race, but it’s beginning to look as though the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are beginning to put things right. As for the Bears, they continually find ways to lose games, as they did last weekend against Detroit, and are now on a 3-game losing skid. This is a tricky road trip for the Bears, but the Falcons are a team they have had some real success against in the past, covering the spread in 10 of their last 12 meetings with Atlanta. I like the Bears to cover again here.

Philadelphia Eagles at Indianapolis Colts (+8)

We are now left with no unbeaten teams in the NFL, with the Philadelphia Eagles finally dropping their first game of the season on Monday night against the Washington Commanders. There will be no time for them to lick their wounds, as they will be on the road to face Indianapolis on a short week. It will be interesting to see how they bounce back after taking that loss, but with the Colts struggling, you do have to like the Eagles chances in this one. The big question, though, is whether they can cover the spread. They are just 1-6 ATS in their last 7 visits to Indianapolis, while the Colts are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 non-conference games.

Cincinnati Bengals at Pittsburgh Steelers (+5)

We all figured that we were looking at a transition year for the Pittsburgh Steelers after Big Ben retired this past offseason. They are digging out of some cap issues and trying to decide on a new starting QB, a race that Kenny Pickett appears to have one. Throw in some injury issues and it’s no real surprise that the Steelers are 3-6. They are coming off a win, though, and have a home game against the Cincinnati Bengals, who are not living up to the preseason hype after going to the Super Bowl last season. AFC North matchups have a habit of being tight, brutal affairs, so I would not be surprised to see the Steelers cover the spread, as I think this could be a FG type of game.
