NFL Week 17 Odds & Betting Predictions: Loser Picks for this Week

Early NFL Week 17 odds betting can be profitable, and the start of the new football week will feature many exciting contests. On the NFL Week 17 odds board, there are a lot of close lines, but there are three games that stand out.

Week 17 of the NFL season is no longer the final week of the regular season due to the new 18-week schedule, but there are still some crucial games with playoff implications.

Let’s look more closely at our best candidates to lose in Week 17 so you can go ahead and place your bets against their NFL Odds.

Who Are the Sure Losers in Week 17 of NFL Action?

Dallas Cowboys vs Tennessee Titans (+3)

The Dallas Cowboys and Tennessee Titans will play each other on Thursday Night Football at Nissan Stadium. While the Cowboys have looked like Super Bowl contenders at one point, they have played some concerning football.

They struggled against the Jaguars and were almost taken down by the Texans. Despite this, Tennessee has looked worse, losing five straight contests.

Tennessee’s offense is completely one-dimensional, and it has taken a toll on the Titans‘ star running back, Derrick Henry. Additionally, the team could be without their starting quarterback in Ryan Tannehill. Malik Willis threw two interceptions in his first extended game action, and he’ll have a tougher time against Dan Quinn’s defense.

The Cowboys are averaging almost 29 points per game and are 9-6 ATS this season. Expect the Cowboys to dominate the Titans in this one.

Minnesota Vikings (+2.5) vs Green Bay Packers

The Vikings are notoriously somehow winning games despite having one of the worst defenses in the league. Down 33-0 at the half, the Vikings defied the odds and made the largest comeback in NFL history. Despite this, Matt LaFleur and the Packers have started to show major signs of life as they extended their winning streak to three games.

Aaron Rogers and the Green Bay Packers are out for blood. The Packers have won three straight games and have covered the spread in each of those contests. Green Bay’s defense has also come alive, holding opponents to 17 points per game over their three-game winning streak.

Meanwhile, the Vikings have failed to cover the spread in each of their last three games while struggling against the Giants, Colts, and Lions. They have also lost their last three games on the road. The Vikings will surely walk away losers in Week 17.

Denver Broncos (+10) at Kansas City Chiefs

The Broncos make the list as Week 17 losers, and they are arguably the biggest losers of the whole season. Sitting at 4-11, the Broncos had their worst game of the season against a Rams team who only had four wins at the time. Denver was blown out 51-14 and benched Russell Wilson, who threw three interceptions. Absolutely nothing is going right for the Broncos.

The Chiefs, on the other hand, are steamrolling opponents. Kansas City is 8-1 straight up over their last nine games and is fighting for the top spot in the AFC playoffs.

The Broncos let Baker Mayfield have his way in the passing game, and they will face a quarterback in Patrick Mahomes, that leads the league in passing touchdowns (37), passing yards (4,720), and QBR (78.5).
