2021 NFL Regular Season – Week 7 Odds Analysis & Picks

NFL Week 7

  • When: Thursday, Oct. 21 – Monday, Oct. 25

Denver Broncos vs Cleveland Browns -3 ½

  • When: Thursday, Oct. 21

In their last, the Browns underperformed. Cleveland could get nothing going on the ground. Denver didn’t play well in their last game, either. Expect Cleveland to bounce back with a good effort to win and cover because Denver is on a big time slide.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Cleveland Browns

Carolina Panthers -3 vs New York Giants

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

The vaunted Carolina defense is no longer a shut down unit. The Vikings scored 34 in an overtime loss in NFL Week 6. The Giants are a bad team, but there’s a chance Saquon Barkley and Kenny Golladay play. If they do, NYG can win this straight up.

NFL Week 7 Pick: New York Giants

Washington Football Team vs Green Bay Packers -9 ½

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Washington defense allows more points per game on average, 31, than any other team in the NFL. Opponents average 309.5 passing yards and 423 total yards per game. Green Bay beat Chicago 24-14 in NFL Week 6. The WFT isn’t close to being as good of a football team as the Bears. The Pack rolls.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Green Bay Packers

Atlanta Falcons -2 vs Miami Dolphins

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Atlanta is 9-3 ATS versus a team with a losing record. Miami has a losing record because they blew it against the Jacksonville Jaguars in London in their last. The Dolphins are better than what they’ve shown. We must believe that no matter what the trends say, Miami can win this in their stadium.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Miami Dolphins

New York Jets vs New England Patriots -7

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

New England owns the Jets. Just because Tom Brady doesn’t play for New England anymore, it doesn’t mean the Pats won’t dominate. 7 points make the Patriots an overlay.

NFL Week 7 Pick: New England Patriots

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens -6

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Both the Bengals and Ravens are rocking it. Cincinnati is 4-2 while Baltimore is 5-1. The Ravens head into this off a stunning victory against the L.A. Chargers. There’s a chance Baltimore plays worse than they should. Give Cincinnati the nod to cover.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Cincinnati Bengals

Kansas City Chiefs -4.5 vs Tennessee Titans

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

In their fist half of KC’s win over the Washington Football Team, it appeared as if the Chiefs were going to lose yet another game. But KC rallied in the second half, outscoring the WFT 21-0, to secure a huge 31-13 win. Tennessee fought hard to get the victory over the Buffalo Bills. The Titans could bounce with a bad effort in this. But since the Chiefs allow 133.2 rushing yards per, and the Titans have Derrick Henry, taking the points makes sense.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Tennessee Titans

Detroit Lions vs Los Angeles Rams -15

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Since a 20-37 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Oct. 3, the Rams have rolled to a couple of easy wins. This number is high, but Detroit is only 3-3 ATS and 2-of-3 wins against the spread happened in Lions’ home games. The Rams should score enough for the cover.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Los Angeles Rams

Philadelphia Eagles vs Las Vegas Raiders -3

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Philadelphia played Tampa Bay tight. Not only that, but there’s a chance Las Vegas plays well below their talent-level after such a stunning road win versus division rival Denver. The Eagles have a shot on the moneyline.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Philadelphia Eagles

Chicago Bears vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers -13 ½

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Tampa usually plays better at home than on the road. The Buccaneers’ defense remains a work in progress, though. Even the Eagles scored 22. Yes, Tampa will win. Chicago can keep this much closer than the spread.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Chicago Bears

Houston Texans vs Arizona Cardinals -17

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

The Texans are a terrible football team. So much so that even though the spread is massive, the Cards figure to cover. Arizona has gone 6-0 SU and 5-1 ATS. The only non-cover happened versus an inspired Minnesota squad in NFL Week 2. Houston is the worse team the Cardinals have so far faced this season. Yes, worse than Jacksonville. So expect the good times to continue.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Arizona Cardinals

Indianapolis Colts vs San Francisco 49ers -3 ½

  • When: Sunday, Oct. 24

Although Indianapolis is just 2-4 SU, they’re 4-2 ATS. The Colts should be on a 2-game winning streak. But in NFL Week 5, Baltimore had Lamar Jackson and Indianapolis didn’t. Versus the 49ers, Indy has an edge with their strong rushing attack and defense. Don’t be surprised if the Colts start the winning streak on Sunday.

NFL Week 7 Pick: Indianapolis Colts

New Orleans Saints -5 vs Seattle Seahawks

  • When: Monday, Oct. 25

Geno Smith played well enough against the Steelers to force overtime. The Saints, though, are a different team than Pittsburgh. New Orleans heads into this off a bye. Not only that, but Jameis Winston got it going in the Saints’ last, throwing for 279 yards and 4 TDs. On Monday night, Winston faces a defense that allows 292.3 passing yards and 433.2 total yards per contest. Jameis, Alvin Kamara, and the rest of the Saints’ offense should dominate.

NFL Week 7 Pick: New Orleans Saints
