Top NHL Parlay Picks Of The Week (Nov. 1 – 5)

Those of you who wager on a regular basis will understand that putting together some winning parlays is one of the best ways to quickly build your bankroll. Picking parlay tickets is tough, though, especially in the NHL where there are so many games to choose from. It is even tougher in the early part of the season when we haven’t quite got a handle on which teams are going to be very good, and which are going to struggle. All of that said, it’s my job to try and come up with some winners for the week, so that is exactly what I am going to do. Until the season plays out a little more, I am probably going to stick to 2-team parlay tickets for now. With all of that said, let’s look at my NHL parlays for the coming week.

NHL Parlay Tuesday November 1 – Oilers and Senators

It has been a fantastic start to the season for the Edmonton Oilers, and much of the credit must go to young Connor McDavid, who is near the top of the NHL point’s standings in the early going. Particularly impressive for Edmonton has been their play on the road, where they are 3-0-0 to start the year. I like them to extend that road win streak versus Columbus on Tuesday, as the Blue Jackets are off to another awful start. The Ottawa Senators are 3-1-0 at home this season, and should be able to get past a Carolina Hurricanes team that has only 1 road win in 6 attempts so far.

NHL Parlay Thursday November 3 – Panthers and Blackhawks

The New Jersey Devils are off to a surprisingly good start to the season, but it must be said that all their positive results have come on home ice. They will have a tough test on Wednesday when they head to Florida to face a Panthers team that is also playing well in their own building. Potential for a low-scoring game here, and one that I think Florida wins. The Colorado Avalanche are 3-2-0 on the road this season, but will have their toughest task yet against a Blackhawks teams that is 3-1-1 at home. I’m taking Chicago in their own building.

NHL Parlay Friday November 4 – Canadiens and Jets

Only three games in the schedule on Friday, but there are two games that do stand out. The Montreal Canadiens are red hot to start the year, and I don’t see them having any difficulty going into Columbus and getting a win over the Blue Jackets. It’s not too often that I take a pair of road teams, but you have to like the Jets over the Coyotes, as Winnipeg appear to be the better of the two in the early going.

NHL Parlay Saturday November 5 – Lightning and Blues

The Tampa Bay Lighting are averaging 3 goals per game this season, and are a team that has looked very good on home ice. They will be facing a tough defensive team in the New Jersey Devils on Saturday night, but I think they can break the Devils down and get the win. Not a lot of explanation needed for taking the home ice Blues against a Columbus Blue Jackets side that has struggled early, just as they did last season.
