Like Germany, England should reach the semifinals. They have everything it takes to win the World Cup. Also like Germany, though, the English should run into the team that offers the most value to win the World Cup among the favorites, France.
France must face the United States before the finals. The French might be the deepest team in this World Cup. Not only that, but they have homefield advantage throughout. It’s now or never for France to end the United States’ reign. At decent +350 odds, France deserves the most attention.

Hermoso scored 16 of Spain’s 25 goals during qualifying. If Hermoso can get some help on the offensive end, Spain could be tough to beat.
Is their major underdog that has any shot of winning the 2019 Women’s World Cup?
Not really. But if soccer handicappers really want to back a major dog, they could do worse than to put money behind Scotland. The Scottish boast one of the world’s best midfielders in Kim Little. She should lead Scotland through to the elimination round.
