On the season, FC Cincinnati are a perfect 5-0-0 at home, and they sit in second place in the East with 21 points from 10 games. This weekend they are back at home, facing seventh place D.C. United. While the visitors did win last weekend 3-0 at home against Charlotte, they are heading into a hostile environment on Saturday.

D.C. United’s wins this season are against Toronto FC, Montreal CF, Orlando SC, and Charlotte FC. All four of those teams are below United in the standings, and two of them are tied for last place in the East.

FC Cincinnati are -132 on the moneyline to win on Saturday, while United are +350 underdogs. A draw is listed at +290 for the matchup at TQL Stadium.

Two of the top five teams in the West face off on Saturday when the San Jose Earthquakes host the defending champions, LAFC. San Jose is in fifth place with 15 points from 10 games and they are 4-0-1 at home this season. LAFC is in third place with 18 points from eight games, and they have played two less games than the two teams in front of them.

LAFC are coming off a 3-0 thrashing of Philadelphia Union in the second leg of the CONCACAF Champions League. They had last weekend off in MLS play and haven’t lost in any competition since March 15. LAFC has scored at least two goals in six of the last nine games, and they have eight shutouts on the season in all competitions.

San Jose drew 2-2 in Austin last weekend after losing in the U.S. Open Cup. They have scored in five straight MLS games and have a +6 goal differential at home this season.

Last year, San Jose won at home against LAFC, and they have won four straight home games in this series. For LAFC to reverse that trend, MyBookie has them at +142 on Saturday. San Jose is +182 at home, and a draw is +244.

Sunday’s lone game is scheduled for a national audience on FOX, and it could be a very lopsided game. The Seattle Sounders lead the Western Conference with 20 points from 10 games, and they have a +10 goal differential with 17 scored and seven given up.

On the other side of the standings are their opponents this week, Sporting Kansas City, SKC is winless in 10 games, and they have a total of three points on the season. They have also scored just three goals in 10 games while allowing 15 for a -12 goal differential.

Adding in the stats that Sporting KC is 0-4-2 on the road this season, and Seattle is 4-0-1 at home, this game should be very one-sided. Seattle won the first matchup this season 4-1, and that game was in Kansas City, expect a similar game this week.
