Once again, co-captains Mike Bibby and Rickey Davis will lead Ghost Ballers into battle. The Ballers are only 2-3 on the season, though. However, Tri-State also is only 2-3.
Tri-State figures to beat Ghost Ballers on Saturday. The Amare Stoudemire squad heads into this after beating 3 Headed Monsters 50-46 in Week 5. Ghost Ballers lost 35-51 to Aliens in Week 5. Tri-State figures to put in a run in the second half of the season. They’re the pick.

Enemies vs Power

With a 3-2 record, Enemies is only a game behind Power. Enemies didn’t play well in their last game. They lost 38-50 to Trilogy. Power squeaked by previously undefeated Triplets 50-47.
This matchup should be Power’s to lose. The Nancy Leiberman coached team has excellent balance. They can also dominate inside with Big Baby Glen Davis and Carlos Boozer.

Bivouac vs Killer 3’s

Bivouac is 3-3 after a 34-50 loss to 3’s Company in Week 5 and a 50-47 win over Aliens in Week 6. Killer 3’s heads into this off a 10-point, 41-51, loss to Killer 3’s in Week 6.
Bivouac is an interesting Big 3 expansion team. Three former Detroit Pistons players: Josh Smith, Will Bynum, and Shawne Williams, are on the roster. In the win over Aliens, Smith had 18 points, 18 boards, and 4 assists.
Although the Killer 3’s are 4-2, it’s hard to see any player on their squad matching up with Smith. Bivouac should win.

3’s Company vs Aliens

3’s Company is 3-3 while Aliens is 2-4. Aliens followed up the dominating victory over Ghost Ballers in Week 5 with a loss to Bivouac in Week 6.
3’s Company has won two in a row. They beat Bivouac 50-34 in Week 5. In Week 6, they beat Killer 3’s 51-41. 3’s Company should make it 3 in a row on Sunday.

Triplets vs 3 Headed Monsters

Triplets suffered their first loss of the season in Week 5. They can be forgiven for losing to Power, one of the better teams in the Big 3 Basketball League. The Lisa Leslie coached team bounced back in Week 6 with an impressive 50-34 victory over 0-6 Ball Hogs.
Triplets should keep it going versus 3 Headed Monsters on August 4. 3 Headed Monsters heads into this off a Week 5 loss to Tri-State.

Ball Hogs vs Trilogy

Is it Trilogy’s turn to beat up the Ball Hogs? It sure looks like it! Ball Hogs are 0-6 straight up this season. Most of the losses haven’t been close. Other than a 5-point loss to Enemies in Week 2, Ball Hogs have gotten dominated by at least 11 points in all their other losses.
Trilogy should have no trouble spanking the Hogs on Sunday.
