The decline in recent years has been slow and steady, but there is a definite feeling that 2022 was the bottom for this team and that the only way to go is up. Let’s start by stating the obvious, which is that the Virginia Tech Hokies are still a long way from challenging for the ACC crown and making it to the playoffs, Goal number one will be to see an improvement on last year, which is a pretty low bar, truth be told.
