We get the evening started with the first Lightweight bout and one that is a must win for Ray, who is 0-1 at this point. He has lost 2 in a row and 3 of his last 5 overall. Collard has been a bit up and down of late, but he did win and pick up 3 points in his first regular season fight of 2023. I like this one to go the distance, with Collard getting the nod.

Magomed Umalatov Vs Nayib Lopez

This is a huge Welterweight bout with big playoff implications. Umalatov is in right now after winning his opening fight and picking up 5 points, but he is not a playoff lock. Lopez had to go the distance to get his win in the opening fight of the season, which means just 3 points and being below the cut line. Lopez needs this one, but I don’t think he’ll take it.

This Welterweight bout is an opportunity for Magomedkerimov to punch his playoff ticket, as he comes into this one at the top of the heap, picking up 6 points in a dominating win in his first fight. Still, I think Burgos may come away with the decision win.

The co-main event of the night is a Welterweight bout that is very much a must win for Mitchell. He lost his opening bout of the season, seeing a 3-fight win streak come to an end.
