We are in the very early stages of the college basketball season, and you could certainly argue that this is the toughest time to make winning picks. What we have going on at this stage of the season are a lot of games that are essentially little more than warm-up games for the better teams. We also have several tournaments taking place in neutral venues, which again makes for a tougher betting situation given that there is no home court advantage in play. All that said, there are some games coming this week that require your betting attention, so we are going to take a look at a few of those games here. These are the one where we think there could be some good NCAA Basketball betting opportunities.

Men’s College Basketball Betting Picks From Nov. 21st to 24th

Texas Tech Red Raiders Vs Creighton Bluejays – Monday

This is one of those neutral site games we were talking about, with this one set to be played in Hawaii. What makes this one worth watching is that we have a pair of ranked teams going head-to-head. The Red Raiders are currently at #23 after jumping out to a 3-0 start. They will be up against it here, though, as Creighton has looked very good in the opening couple of weeks of the season, going 4-0 and sitting at #10 in the National Rankings. I think we can expect some offense in this one, which is something to keep in mind when wagering.

Auburn Tigers Vs Bradley Braves – Tuesday

This game is part of the Cancun Challenge and could prove to be a good test for the Auburn Tigers, who come into this week ranked #13 in the nation. They have cruised to a 4-0 record without breaking too much of a sweat in the early going, and while you would expect them to win again here, the Bradley Braves will be riding high after an impressive 3-1 start to the season. With this one, I would be keeping an eye on the point spread. If it gets a little too high, I might be looking to see of Bradley could stay close enough to cover.

NC State Wolfpack Vs Kansas Jayhawks – Wednesday

We are on a bit of a world tour with all of these games, with this one set to go in the Bahamas on Wednesday afternoon. While both of these teams come in with perfect 4-0 records, you have to say that Kansas have the better start given that one of their victories came against Duke. Still, even though they are ranked #6 in the early going, you can bet that they will not be looking beyond a very decent NC State team. I expect a lot of offense in this one and will be looking at the point total.

UConn Huskies at Oregon Ducks – Thursday

It’s a bit of a slimmer schedule on Thursday, although with tournaments ongoing, there are still several matchups to be determined. The pick of the bunch for Thursday takes place on home soil, with the UConn Huskies hitting the road to face the Oregon Ducks. The Huskies are currently ranked #25 and are on the rise after going 5-0 to start the season. The Ducks have had an up and down start, going 2-2 through their opening 4 games, but they are going to be tough to beat in their own building.
