2021 NCAAF Season Week 10 SU Betting Picks & Analysis

Everyone involved with college football is waiting to see which way the College Football Playoff Committee will vote when they release their first rankings on Tuesday night. It would be a surprise to see anyone other than Georgia sitting on top, but the rest of the rankings would appear to be somewhat unpredictable. For example, will the committee give any love to the unbeaten Cincinnati Bearcats. They have not been particularly kind to teams outside the Power 5 in the past, but will that change this season? We won’t know until those rankings are released, so all we can do for now is look ahead to this weekend’s action to see how things might play out there. With that in mind, let’s get to our SU picks for Week 10 to see if we can improve on our 20-7 season record so you can continue betting against the NCAAF odds.

College Football SU Picks for Week 10 to Bet On

Air Force Falcons over Army Black Knights

This is always a game that we all look forward to on the college football schedule for a variety of different reasons. Neither team really has a huge upper hand on the other in previous meetings, with Air Force going 6-4 in their last 10 matchups. That said, though, it is Air Force who are having the better season to this point, going 6-2, while the Black Knights are at 4-3. Air Force have won 4 of their last 5 games and have won 6 in a row in the month of November. I think we are looking at a close one here, but I like the Air Force Falcons to come away with the win in this one.

Wake Forest Demon Deacons over North Carolina Tar Heels

With the Clemson Tigers struggling this season, the ACC is suddenly, and totally surprisingly, up for grabs. As it stands right now, the Wake Forest Demon Deacons have control of the Atlantic Division, but there is still no guarantee that they will win it and move into the ACC Championship Game.

Their game against NC State next weekend could make their division win official, but they cannot look beyond this game, as they still have a shot at a playoff spot, too, if they can remain unbeaten all the way. The Demon Deacons have gone 5-0 SU in conference play, and while they are an underdog here, they have covered in each of their last 5 games versus teams in the Coastal Division. The danger here is that North Carolina are 11-2 SU in their last 13 home games, but I am still rolling the dice with Wake Forest.

Auburn Tigers over Texas A&M Aggies

Getting through the SEC schedule unscathed is a tough task for any team, with the Georgia Bulldogs being the only team with a shot at doing it this season. Over in the West Division, the battle to win it and move on to the Championship Game against the Bulldogs is down to 2 teams. That would be Alabama and Auburn, who will meet up in the Iron Bowl in the final week of the season. If that is to be a meaningful game, then both teams need to win out. Auburn is in as the underdog here, but they have won 4 of their last 5, with that lone loss coming against Georgia. The Texas A&M Aggies have won 3 in a row and are a home favorite, but I have a hunch that the Tigers might just get the win they need.
