When: Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM ET Where: Paul Brown Stadium NFL Odds: Minnesota -3 Analysis: I really like the direction the Philadelphia Eagles franchise is suddenly headed in under gifted rookie signal-caller Carson Wentz even if the Birds have lost two straight coming into this affair. Still, right now, Philadelphia looks like no match for the incendiary – and well-rested – Minnesota Vikings. I don’t know how else to say it, but the Vikings’ defense has been downright dominant in limiting their opponents to just 12.6 points per game defensively (first) and an identical seventh against both, the pass and run. Minnesota has won seven of their last eight road games outright and has seen their passing attack become lot more dangerous with veteran Sam Bradford under center than when injured former starter Teddy Bridgewater ran the show. The Vikes are 5-0 ATS in their last five road dates and look like an extremely focused team right now. My Pick: Minnesota 27 Philadelphia 14 

Cleveland at Cincinnati

When: Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM ET Where: Paul Brown Stadium NFL Odds: Cincinnati -9.5 Analysis: If I’ve said it once, I’ve said it thousand times this week. The winless Cleveland Browns are in big trouble against the desperate Cincinnati Bengals when they square off on Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium. Cincinnati is averaging a few percentage points less than Cleveland in scoring this season, but is really the better team by far in all three phases and have dominated their division rivals by winning 70 percent of the last 10 meetings and each of the last three meetings by three touchdowns or more. My Pick: Cincinnati -9 Points

Buffalo at Miami

When: Sunday, October 23, 2016 at 1:00 PM ET Where: Paul Brown Stadium NFL Odds: Buffalo -3 Analysis: The Miami Dolphins have stunned Pittsburgh in their surprising 30-15 Week 6 win last weekend, but I don’t trust quarterback Ryan Tannehill one iota and genuinely expect Rex Ryan’s aggressive defense to force him into one or two costly turnovers en route to a humbling home loss. Buffalo averages almost eight points per game more than Miami while also giving up nearly five fewer points per contest defensively. The Bills are 5-1 SU and ATS in their last six games against Miami and are on nice four-game winning streak that I don’t see being snapped in this Week 7 division rivalry.
