NCAA Football Betting Analysis of the Season

2022 NCAA Football Betting Picks: Top Ten Best Games for Week 10 of the Season

This NCAAF season, week 10 is shaping up as the most important. In College Football Week 10, the Clemson Tigers heads to South Bend to take on Notre Dame, Oklahoma hosts rival Baylor, and LSU hopes to claw the Alabama Crimson Tide. There’s also a massive non-Power 5 Conference game that could have a serious bowl bid impact. Check out an early ranking of the top ten matchups in College Football Week 10 so you can place your bets against their NCAA Football Odds.

NCAA Football Early Rankings of the 10 Best Games in Week 10 of the 2022 Season

2022 College Football Week 10

  • When: Tuesday, Nov. 1 – Saturday, Nov. 5

1. Clemson Tigers at Notre Dame Fighting Irish

Notre Dame has one of the toughest schedules in the nation. If the Irish host Clemson with a single loss, to Ohio State in their first game of the season, Notre Dame could be in line for a College Football Playoff bid.

So will Clemson if the Tigers head to week 10 undefeated. Clemson versus Notre Dame should be electric.

2. Baylor Bears at Oklahoma Sooners

Oklahoma is the chalk to regain their best team in the Big 12 moniker. But Dave Aranda’s Baylor Bears, the defending conference champs, are legit. Blake Shapen will emerge as one of this season’s top quarterbacks. Expect a great game.

3. BYU Cougars at Boise State Broncos

If you think BYU versus Boise State is too high on this list, reconsider your game ranking process. There’s a chance both these teams head to the field with undefeated records.

BYU might have a single loss. The winner will be in the driver’s seat, along with Cincinnati and Houston, for the non-Power 5 January 2 bowl bid.

4. Alabama Crimson Tide at LSU Tigers

In past seasons, Bama versus LSU would be at the top of this list. But in 2022, the historic rivalry is the fourth best game in week 10.

Why? It’s going to take a season for Brian Kelly to get LSU back to where they can challenge a team like Alabama. The Tide should win and cover. Alabama versus LSU will still be an exciting game.

5. Wake Forest Demon Deacons at NC State Wolfpack

NC State could be on their way to a possible College Football Playoff spot. By NCAAF Week 10, Wake Forest Heisman Trophy contending quarterback Sam Hartman will be healthy enough to play. Deacons versus Wolfpack should be a huge game.

6. Florida Gators at Texas A&M Aggies

On paper, the Texas A&M Aggies roll. Billy Napier, though, will hit the ground running. Napier did a great job transferring players to Florida. A lot can happen by the time this game kicks off. So keep Florida in the back of your head as a possible upset moneyline play.

7. Tennessee Volunteers at Georgia Bulldogs

Georgia will be a good team. But so will Tennessee. Josh Heupel’s squad has the makings of an SEC power.

If the Bulldogs show any weakness on defense, where they lost almost a full starting unit to the NFL, or if quarterback Stetson Bennett doesn’t have it, Heupel’s Vols will take advantage.

8. Florida State Seminoles at Miami Hurricanes

Both teams should be much improved from last season. Miami has the chance to win the ACC in coach Mario Cristobal’s first. The Seminoles may require another season or two to challenge teams like Clemson, the Canes, and Pittsburgh. But FSU will play Miami tough.

9. Houston Cougars at SMU Mustangs

Houston can go undefeated this season until the AAC Championship versus Cincinnati. SMU was a quality team in 2021. This happens on the Mustangs field. So expect a drag out fight that may not be decided until the final possession.

10. Iowa Hakweyes at Purdue Boilermakers

Here’s another game that would be higher on this list in some seasons. Both Purdue and Iowa lost a ton from their successful squads from 2021, though. Expect a good game. Just don’t expect Hawkeyes versus Boilermakers to be as meaningful this season as it was last season.
