Top College Football Cincinnati Bearcats Matches to Bet On their 2022 Schedule

In 2021, the Cincinnati Bearcats made history. Luke Fickell’s squad became the first non-Power 5 Conference team to secure a spot in the College Football Playoff. Although the Bearcats fell to Alabama in the semifinals, Cincinnati accomplished a huge feat. This season, Fickell and the Bearcats hope to repeat with another undefeated season. Check out six games that you must bet on Cincinnati’s 2022 schedule. Let’s get right to it so you can plan your bets against the College Football Odds.

2022-23 NCAAF College Football Season

  • When: August 27, 2022 – Dec. 10, 2022

Cincinnati at Arkansas | Saturday, Sep. 3

The Bearcats first game should also be their toughest. Cincinnati must replace Desmond Ridder at quarterback, but both Evan Prater and transfer Ben Bryant are capable. If Prater starts, Fickell will boast one of the most athletic quarterbacks in NCAAF.

Almost as important? The offensive line returns all five starters.

On defense, Cincinnati transfer linebacker Ivan Pace and superstar in the making Jaheim Thomas join Ivan’s brother Deshawn. Those three will contain Arkansas quarterback K.J. Jefferson. The Bearcats can pull off the SU upset victory.

Cincinnati vs Indiana | Saturday, Sep. 24

Indiana won’t be good, but Cincinnati has a chance to prove they can destroy a Big Ten squad. If Cincy hopes for another trip to the College Football Playoff, a victory by 20 to 30 points must happen. Even if it does, and the Bearcats go undefeated, it may not be enough. Still, a New Year’s Day Bowl bid isn’t bad for an AAC squad. Fickell’s bunch dominates the Hoosiers.

Cincinnati at SMU | Saturday, Oct. 22

Southern Methodist is a solid program. So Cincinnati will have to play hard to win this. But although the Mustangs have talent, and had a great 2021 season, the Bearcats are the class of the AAC. Cincinnati won’t lose to SMU. Backing the Bearcats to cover the spread also seems like a good play.

Cincinnati at UCF | Saturday, Oct. 29

If Cincinnati beats Arkansas, Central Florida should be the only team standing in Cincinnati’s way from a date with the Houston Cougars in the 2022 AAC Championship. UCF will be a good football team this season. Bearcats versus Knights is the only game that Cincinnati can possibly lose straight up outside of falling to the Hogs. The prediction is Cincinnati escapes Orlando with a win and cover.

Cincinnati vs East Carolina | Friday, Nov. 11

East Carolina will play hard in this. The Pirates should have no shot of upsetting the Bearcats on the moneyline, but we shouldn’t look past East Carolina beating Cincinnati against the spread. By this game, the Bearcats will offer underlay odds.

Cincinnati vs Tulane | Saturday, Nov. 26

Tulane should cover the spread while Cincinnati wins the game. If Fickell’s squad enters the contest with an 11-0 record, the Green Wave will be a huge overlay ATS. Cincinnati won’t cover because their minds will be on the Cougars and the AAC Championship. Back the Wave to win against the spread.
