NCAAF Week 13 Sharp Betting Picks Worth A Shot

When you think of Thanksgiving week, you think of rivalry week for college football. This week we will see the renewal of some of sports greatest rivalries. These games are always intriguing to bet on. Let’s take a look at a couple of rivalry games that we think can make you some easy money if you bet against the NCAAF odds

Sharp College Football Betting Picks for Week 13 | Nov. 22nd Edition

Alabama Crimson Tide @ Auburn Tigers (+19)

The Iron Bowl is always the talk of the state of Alabama during Thanksgiving week. The Alabama Crimson Tide are in the thick of the playoff race, while the 6-5 Auburn Tigers will make a bowl game, but are playing to spoil the season for the Tide.

This will be Bryan Harsin’s first taste of the Iron Bowl. He hasn’t had a great first season, but there is hope for the future. The Tigers are currently on a three-game losing streak after losing Saturday night to lowly South Carolina. Auburn quarterback Bo Nix was injured and is out for the season, so TJ Finley, who was under center for the South Carolina game, will now get a crack at the Crimson Tide.

While Alabama only has one loss on the season, they’ve struggled in their last two SEC games. They barely beat LSU, and held off Arkansas last weekend. Bryce Young is one of the top candidates for the Heisman Trophy, as he has had a tremendous season. With a great arsenal of weapons at his disposal, Young and the Alabama offense has put up a lot of points this season.

Nick Saban is known for being one of the top defensive minds in the game. However, this year’s Crimson Tide defense hasn’t been the dominating unit that it has been in the past. The secondary has been the weak link for the defensive unit, as they’ve given up a lot of passing yards this season. Fortunately for Saban’s squad, they do know how to stop the run, so that makes a huge difference.

While the Iron Bowl has been very competitive over the last few seasons, we don’t see that happening this year. Auburn hasn’t played well recently, and Alabama knows that it needs to play well to impress the College Football Playoff Committee. Alabama wins this one 42-20, covering the spread in the process.

Oklahoma Sooners @ Oklahoma State Cowboys (-3)

There’s nothing like rivalry week in college football. Thanksgiving week always brings us some of the game’s top rivalries. This year’s edition of “Bedlam” could be the most anticipated game in this long-storied rivalry. The Oklahoma State Cowboys are in the thick of the college football playoff race, and desperately need a victory to stay there. Oklahoma has an outside shot at a playoff berth, but would need to catch a lot of breaks.

Oklahoma State seems to have changed their philosophy this season. The Cowboys were known for their high-powered offense and their weak defense. This season, they are more known for their defense, as they have one of the top defensive units in the country. We’ll see if Caleb Williams and/or Spencer Rattler can fight off the hostile crowd and the rabid Cowboy defense.

Oklahoma State is 9-2 against the spread this season, and has won their last nine ATS. We think that it will be 10 after this one.
