This is always one of the biggest games on the college football schedule, as it is one of the biggest rivalries. Last season, the Michigan Wolverines took this game and played themselves into the postseason. You could argue that the winner of this one will almost certainly do the same, so it will be the Buckeyes looking to get some revenge this weekend. While Michigan won this meeting in 2021, it has still be Ohio State that has dominated the proceedings in recent years. They have won 8 of the last 10 against Michigan and I think they will win again on Saturday afternoon.

Buffalo Bulls over Kent State Golden Flashes

As we always do, we are trying to stick with games that the bookies have as close, as this means getting more value with your winning tickets. This one is certainly deserving of being in the evenly matched category, with the Buffalo Bulls in as a slight favorite at home. The one that that stands out here when looking at the stats is that Kent State have just not been a good SU bet when playing on the road, as they have just 1 win in their last 6 away from home. The Bulls are in good form after winning 5 of their last 7 games, but they need this one to become bowl eligible. They are 8-4 SU in their last 12 versus the East Division and their current form suggests a win here.

This is a game where both teams can relax a little, as both have already done enough to become bowl eligible. It’s also one where I am taking a little bit of a risk. Yes, SMU is in as a mild favorite, but it is Memphis that has won 7 of the last 8 meetings in this matchup. That said, there are some recent developments that are steering me in the direction of SMU, most notably that Memphis has only won 1 of their last 8 games on the road. On top of that, the Mustangs have won 16 of their last 20 home games. A close one, but I like SMU to come away with the win.
