NCAAF 2021 Season: Seven Betting Picks to Must Wager On

NCAAF 2021 Season: Seven Betting Picks to Must Wager On

As the start of the college football season creeps closer and closer, we’re looking to make our futures bets on the 2021 season. We look at projected win totals, who will win their conference, and who we think will win the Heisman Trophy. Let’s take a look at the seven bets that we think can win you some easy money this season so you can go ahead and place your bets against the NCAAF odds.

NCAA – 7 Sure-fire Bets this College Football Season

Over – Illinois Fighting Illini 3.5 Wins

Bret Bielema takes over for Lovie Smith, as the Illini didn’t think that Smith was making enough progress. Illinois returns a lot of seniors from last year’s squad that was making improvements. When looking at this year’s projected total of 3.5 wins, we like the over for the Illini. We think that they have two easy non-conference wins in UTSA and UNC-Charlotte. Their Big 10 schedule isn’t as tough as it has been in the past, and we think that they have two winnable conference games.

Under – Nebraska Cornhuskers 6.5 Wins

Scott Frost’s tenure at Nebraska has been a huge disappointment, and we’re not sure that he can even make it through the season. Even though Adrian Martinez is back under center for the Huskers, it won’t be enough to get them to seven wins. Their defense won’t be very strong, and their schedule is just too much for them.

Over – Texas Longhorns 8 Wins

Although things didn’t work out for Tom Herman, he didn’t catch many breaks at Texas. A few plays cost him some wins last season. Heading into this season, we think that Steve Sarkisian will have the Horns ready to play, and they’ll get to at least nine wins. Oklahoma and Iowa State are the two toughest games on their schedule. We think that they have a great shot at winning all of their non-conference games and the Big 12 games besides those two.

Take the Crimson Tide -17.5 Over Miami

The Alabama Crimson Tide will take on the Miami Hurricanes in Atlanta to open the college football season. We think that the Tide will overwhelm the Hurricanes and will win by at least three touchdowns. Even though Alabama will have a lot of new faces on offense, the Miami defense still won’t be able to stop them.

Over – Cincinnati Bearcats 10 Wins

Cincinnati nearly shocked the Georgia Bulldogs in the Peach Bowl last year. The Bearcats have a good portion of last year’s squad returning, and they could sneak into the College Football Playoffs. We think that they can get more than ten wins this season. Even though they have Indiana and Notre Dame on their schedule, we think that they beat one of these two and get to 11 wins.

Over – Kentucky 6.5 Wins

Mike Stoops has turned the Kentucky Wildcats football program into a respectable SEC program. We think that the Wildcats have what it takes to get to at least seven wins this season. They should beat ULM, Tennessee-Chattanooga, South Carolina, Vanderbilt, NMSU, and Louisville. If they can sneak out at least one more win, then you can profit big.

Over – Ohio State 11 Wins

Other than Oregon having a shot at beating the Buckeyes, even though the game is at Columbus, we can’t see anyone else on the Ohio State schedule beating them.
