Can the Atlanta Falcons extend their dominance over the NFC South division rival Carolina Panthers when they square off what looks like a huge, Week 14 matchup just waiting to happen? Do the revamped Buffalo Bills stand a chance against the visiting Baltimore Ravens and their stingy defense? Last but not least, can the Cleveland Browns rout the Cincinnati Bengals to cover the spread when they host their AFC North division rivals in their late-season division showdown? With the start of the 2019 NFL regular season right around the corner, it’s time to take a look at three, must-bet matchups on the NFL Week 14 docket.
2019 NFL Week 14 Must-Bet Games
Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons

While I’m expecting Cam newton and the Carolina Panthers to bounce back in a big way in 2019 after going an uninspiring 7-9 last season, for me, it is Matt Ryan and the Atlanta Falcons that are the pick to win and narrowly cover the chalk in this Week 14 NFC South divisional showdown.
Atlanta has their own high level of motivation after also going 7-9 last seasonni to get left on the outside looking in come playoff time. More importantly though, the Falcons have pretty much owned the Panthers in this rivalry in recent years by winning three straight and six of the last seven meeting. against their division rivals. More importantly, each of Atlanta’s last six wins over Carolina have all come by at least a touchdown, so picking the Falcons to do so again in this huge Week 14 battle is clearly the way to go!

Baltimore Ravens at Buffalo Bills

The Ravens have a stupendous defense that finished second in points allowed last season. Baltimore also has a powerful rushing attack that ranked second last season and a young and talented dual-threat quarterback in former Heisman trophy winner Lamar Jackson that led the team to a playoff berth a year ago and is only going to get better as he moves further into his NFL career.
The Baltimore Ravens might have their own, exciting young second-year signal-caller in the strong-armed Josh Allen and they made some big moves in the offseason to address their pitiful offensive line play from a year ago.
Still though, this Week 14 matchup looks like a super easy pick with the Ravens being the clearly superior team on both sides of the ball and will almost certainly be entering this late-season affair with a playoff berth hanging in the balance. After going 5-3 ATS on the road last season, I like Baltimore to pick up another road cover by beating the Bills handily in Week 14.

Cincinnati Bengals at Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns might be a team on the way up under Baker Mayfield, Nick Chubb and a handful of other young and talented players they’re banking on, but the Cincinnati Bengals have a new head coach in Zac Taylor that is looking to change the culture and fortunes of the previously underachieving Bengals. With that said, I fully believe the 8-point spread in this contest is definitely a few points too many for the Browns to cover even though they swept the Bengals last season while taking each game by at least eight points, including their 35-20 home win in Week 12. Despite winning just six games last season, Cincinnati recorded a fine, 9-7 ATS mark last season while going a fantastic 6-2 ATS on the road. I’m going with the Browns to get the Big ‘W’ in this one to keep their playoff hopes alive, but I like Cincy to cover the chalk with just a bit of room to spare!
