The end of the NHL regular season is now very much in sight, and we have a few teams very much on the brink of securing a playoff spot. Over in the Eastern Conference, the top 8 teams look to be set in stone at this point, although moved can still be made that will impact the seedings and determine who faces who in the postseason. Things are a good deal tighter in the Western Conference, although the division leaders look to be in very good shape.

We have another big week ahead of us, so let’s see if we can put together some parlay plays to get those NHL betting odds going.

NHL Parlay – Blues, Oilers, Kings

Monday, March 28, 2022
The St. Louis Blues are in one of the Wild Card spots in the Western Conference, but the top 3 in the division is very much in their reach. They have lost 2 in a row, but I think they snap out of that with a win over the Vancouver Canucks.

The Oilers have been on a decent run of form of late, but they are coming off a tough 9-5 loss to the Flames over the weekend. They are still 6-3-1 in their last 10 and should be able to handle the awful Arizona Coyotes.

The LA Kings are well placed at the moment, sitting in 2nd in the Pacific Division, albeit 7 points out of first. They have been playing decent hockey, going 5-3-2 in their last 10. I like them to take care of the Seattle Kraken on Monday night.

NHL Parlay – Panthers, Predators, Wild

After a long battle with the Tampa Bay Lightning, the Florida Panthers are beginning to open up a lead atop the Atlantic Division. The Panthers are 7-2-1 in their last 10 games and should be a lock against the Montreal Canadiens, who have already been eliminated from playoff contention.

The Nashville Predators are clinging to the #3 spot in the Central Division and can feel the teams below them breathing down their neck. Nashville is coming off a win to go 6-4 in their last 10 and should improve that run against Ottawa.

There is no team on a better run of form right now than the Minnesota Wild, which come into the new week on a 6-game winning streak. The Wild beat the Flyers on the road in their earlier meeting, and I like them to repeat that win at home.

NHL Parlay – Rangers, Oilers, Golden Knights

The New York Rangers are down in 3rd in the Metropolitan Division, but they are also just 4 points out of the top spot. You have to like them to get another win on Wednesday night against a Detroit team that has just 2 wins in their last 10.

We have a big Western Conference game set to go on Wednesday night, with the LA Kings hitting the road to face the Edmonton Oilers. The previous two games in the season series were split, but I like the Oilers to take this one at home.

The Vegas Golden Knight look to have snapped out of their slump, winning each of their last 2 games. They are clinging to the final Wild Card spot, but I think they help their cause and potentially move up with a win over the Seattle Kraken.
