Canada -111 vs. Panama +330

Panama has zero shot of making it to the 2022 World Cup. The Panamanians lot all chance after losing 1-5 against the United States in their last World Cup qualifier on March 27.

But although Panama won’t make the World Cup, they would love to upset Canada. However, that doesn’t seem possible. The Canadians lost to Costa Rica last week. But they bounced back this past Sunday with a rousing 4-0 beating of Jamaica. Canada wins.

Honduras +275 vs. Jamaica +107

Neither team is in good form. Both have lost 4 and won a match with a draw.

Honduras’ draw was in a 1-1 game versus Panama. The four losses were to Canada 0-2, to El Salvador 0-2, versus the United States 0-3, and against Mexico 0-1.

Jamaica’s draw happened in a 1-1 contest versus El Salvador. The home team’s four losses were against Mexico 1-2, Panama 3-2, versus Costa Rica 0-1 and against Canada by 4 goals to zero.

Jamaica is getting the benefit of the doubt because this happens on their pitch. But Honduras is as good of a team. The odds don’t imply a Jamaican runaway victory. At the odds, the road squad is the play.

El Salvador hasn’t played well. The road dog has lost 3-of-5 with a draw and a win. The draw happened in a 1-1 match against Jamaica on March 24. The victory occurred against Honduras on Jan. 30.

Mexico heads into this having won 3 and drawing twice in their last 5. The draws happened versus two of the better teams in the CONCACAF, the United States and Costa Rica.

Wednesday’s match between the U.S. and Costa Rica should be fantastic. The United States drew with rival Mexico in Mexico City last week. Then on Sunday, Team USA blasted Panama 5-1.

But although the U.S. is playing lights out, Costa Rica is on fire. Los Ticos followed up a 1-0 upset victory over Canada with a 2-1 win against El Salvador. In their last 5, Costa Rica has won 4 with a draw against Mexico. The odds make the United States an underlay. Costa Rica is the play.
