- Frankfurt -121 / Werder Bremen +286
Can you think of a hotter German League team than Frankfurt? Frankfurt’s last loss was against Monchengladbach way back on Dec. 15. Since then, the team has won 10-of-11 with a draw. The road team even beat Bayern. Frankfurt rules.

Saturday, Feb. 27th Matches
- Schalke 04 +1 ½ (-178) / Stuttgart -1 ½ (+134)
Stuttgart is at home. Because of that, we’re hoping they dominate Schalke by at least 2 goals. These two have drawn in the last couple of head-to-head matches. So the draw is a possibility. But Stuttgart is the better team, by far. Laying the goal and a half makes sense.

- Hertha +318 / Wolfsburg -133
Wolfsburg is almost as hot as Frankfurt. The -133 is an overlay on a team that’s won 4-of-5 with a draw against Gladbach. Hertha is in terrible form. Wolfsburg must work hard to lose or draw, which means they’re a great play on the moneyline.

Dortmund has turned around their form. They had lost back-to-back matches before beating Sevilla 3-2 on Feb. 17. On Feb. 20, they beat Schalke 4-0. Dortmund covered in the last head-to-head. So even though we much prefer the +119 on Arminia, we must swallow the low odds and lay the 1 ½ on Dortmund.

Right now, it doesn’t feel like Bayern could beat the AYSO Under Grade 8 Leesville Force by more than a goal. So we’ll lay the -158 and grab the 2 ½ on Cologne.

Gladbach has an early in the week Champions League match against Manchester City. Make sure to check out the score in that one before going against them here. If the road team’s form holds, the Sky Blues win by 3 or 4. If Gladbach steps it up, they’re a decent play to beat Leipzig in this. We’re hoping Monchen’s form turns around this week.

Sunday, Feb. 28th Matches
- Hoffenheim +171 / Union Berlin +135
Berlin is at home, which is why they offer worse lower odds than Hoffenheim. We’re taking a stab on the road squad because of they’re at better odds. Union Berlin beat Hoffenheim 3-1 on Nov. 2, though. So don’t take our word for it. Do your own handicapping before backing Hoff like we’re doing.

Mainz is in better form than Augsburg. We’re willing to forget their form because in the last head-to-head, Augsburg dominated 3-1. The road team offers better odds. Also, Mainz followed up their last two wins with a loss to Stuttgart and a draw. Mainz beat Gladbach 2-1 on Feb. 20. If the home team’s pattern holds, they lose or draw on Sunday.

In 2020, Leverkusen won both head-to-head matches. But Leverkusen is reeling after the Young Boys beat them 4-3 in a Europa League match on Feb. 18 and drawing 1-1 with Augsburg on Feb. 21. It makes sense to grab the overlay odds on the road squad.
