Toronto at San Antonio Let me get right to the point by saying that there is no way the San Antonio Spurs lose this contest and ruin their chance at a perfect home record. The Raptors play at Memphis on Friday night and will be a bit exhausted coming into this contest while the Sours will be well-rested having played their last game prior to this affair on Wednesday night.  San Antonio wins outright. Miami at Portland The Heat take on Sacramento on Friday night (they’ll win) before this contest, but I’m not sure D-Wade and company are going to get the outright road win, especially after watching them lose to the dysfunctional Lakers on Wednesday night. Miami has lost three of their last four road games while Portland has won each of their last four home dates. More importantly, the Blazers rank a stellar sixth in scoring (104.5 ppg) and are completely desperate to get into the playoffs in the loaded Western Conference

Oklahoma City at Houston Let me get right to the point by saying that I really like the over in this matchup if it doesn’t go too far over 215 total points. Oklahoma City ranks a stellar second to Golden State in scoring (110.0 ppg) and a modest 14th in points allowed (102.5 ppg). Houston is also one of the best offensive teams in the league as they rank fourth in scoring (105.9 ppg). Making this pick for the over very strong for me is the fact that the Rockets play little defense in ranking 26th in points allowed (106.7 ppg). The Over is 5-4 in the Thunder’s last nine games and 5-5 in Houston’s L/10 games. Make no mistake about it people, there will be points aplenty in this contest. Portland at Golden State After just picking Portland to get past Miami on Saturday, the tired Blazers will undoubtedly fall to a Warriors team that is looking to both, reach 73 wins while recording a perfect home record this season. The Blazers were on the wrong end of a humbling 128-112 loss against Golden State on March 11 and they’re looking at a similar defeat in this contest, although I expect it to be closer to 10 points than the nearly 20 they won by in their last meeting. If the spread for this contest doesn’t top 10 points, I say back the Warriors to cover. If the spread tops 10 points I say be careful. Either way, the Dubs win outright at home!
