It seems hard to believe, but we are only about a month away from the start of the NBA playoffs. While there are a group of fans who don’t care for the new play-in system, you do have to say that it is making things a good deal more interesting when looking at the current state of the playoff races in both conferences. The bigger question is whether we will see any team emerge from those groups and make a run or whether they are doomed to fall once they get past the play-in and into the playoffs proper. That will all work itself out in time, but for now, let’s take a look at some parlay plays for the coming week so you can bet against the NBA Odds.

Parlay Picks for the Week | NBA Week 21 Betting

NBA Parlay – Heat, Timberwolves, Nuggets – Monday, Mar 7

The Eastern Conference has been tight all season long, but it now looks like the Miami Heat might be ready to take control at the top. They have won 8 of their last 10 games and should keep the good times rolling at home to the Houston Rockets.

The Minnesota Timberwolves would be in the play-in section if the season ended today, but they can still move into the top 6. They have won 4 in a row and are playing great ball. You have to like them to beat Portland, who are losers of 4 straight.

The Denver Nuggets are down in the #6 spot in the Western Conference, but they are doing more than just holding on, as they are on a run that has seen them win 8 of their last 10. A tough one, but I like them at home versus the slumping Warriors.

NBA Parlay – Suns, Grizzlies, Bucks – Tuesday, Mar 8

Wagering on the Suns at the moment is a bit of a tricky proposition, as they have been losing some steam with Chris Paul out of the lineup through injury. Still, it would be a major shock if they lost to the Orlando Magic.

The strong recent surge from the Memphis Grizzlies has also cooled off a little, although they are still a very decent 6-4 over their last 10 games. They have been great at home and should have no issue taking down the Pelicans.

The defending champion Milwaukee Bucks have been one of the more frustrating teams to watch this season, but they are on a roll at the moment, winning each of their last 4 games. I’d be stunned of they didn’t win another at home to the OKC Thunder.

NBA Parlay – Timberwolves, Pelicans, Jazz – Wednesday, Mar 9

You hate to continually pick on the same few teams, but until the Oklahoma City Thunder show us something special, I’ll continue to bet against them. I think they are in trouble against the surging Timberwolves.

I am going against the grain a little in taking a team that I would almost always bet against this season. That said, the Pelicans have worked themselves into the final play-in spot and I think they can have success at home against the Magic.

The Utah Jazz are currently sitting in 4^th in the Western Conference and are quietly putting together a solid run of form, winning 8 of their last 10 games. They should be able to use home court to their advantage against Portland.
