The College Football Playoff delivers four elite matchups where quarterback play, defensive efficiency, and late-season form outweigh rankings and brand bias.
With neutral-site pressure, limited preparation windows, and tightly priced NCAAF odds and lines, the CFP creates narrow but exploitable edges for bettors who understand matchup dynamics and postseason game flow.
D.S. Williamson attacks the board through positional mismatches, late-season defensive trends, and quarterback reliability — targeting spreads and moneylines where public perception lags behind on-field reality. Meanwhile, Henry Watkins evaluates SU, ATS, and O/U markets using tempo, efficiency, and playoff-specific scoring profiles.
From identifying when elite defenses finally separate to spotting totals mispriced by regular-season data, these are actionable playoff betting insights designed to help you beat the number — not chase it.

Game
Miami Hurricanes vs Ole Miss Rebels
Market Lean
Miami -3.5 | UNDER 51.5
10 Miami Hurricanes -3.5 versus 6 Ole Miss Rebels
Ole Miss versus Miami should be an intriguing matchup. The Rebels may be a team of destiny. After watching how they dominated the Georgia Bulldogs in the second half of their College Football Playoff Quarterfinals matchup, it’s difficult to say otherwise.
Ole Miss headed into halftime down 12 to 21. But in the second half, it was all Rebels in a stunning 39-34 victory. Georgia’s vaunted D couldn’t stop Trinidad Chambliss. The star quarterback will be at his best versus Miami, which gives Ole Miss a shot.
But beating Georgia’s D is different than taking down Miami’s the Hurricanes have stopped two of the best offenses in the nation in their last two games, holding Texas A&M to 3 points in a 10-3 victory and squashing the Ohio State Buckeyes 24-14.
The 10 point win over Ohio State impresses more because Miami’s Carson Beck, the former Georgia QB, got into a rhythm. Beck and the Miami offense should move the ball versus Ole Miss while Chambliss and the Rebels will struggle some. Back the Canes to cover to under 51.5.
Writer’s Pick: Miami -3.5 & UNDER 51.5

Oregon Ducks vs Indiana Hoosiers
Market Lean
Indiana -4.5 | UNDER
5 Oregon Ducks versus 1 Indiana Hoosiers -4.5
The way Oregon handled the Big 12 Champion Texas Tech Red Raiders suggests the Ducks have what it takes to stick with Indiana. But we have history to guide us in this matchup.
The Hoosiers beat Oregon in Autzen during the regular season. Indiana doesn’t make mistakes. There is almost never a blown assignment. Not only that but Curt Cignetti is the best in the country at analyzing a situation and adjusting.
So Dan Lanning has to be on his toes in this one. Lanning is good enough to adjust but his players don’t appear to be as disciplined as Indiana’s. The Heisman Trophy winner audibles like an NFL QB and the Hoosiers’ D can shut down any offense. The top seed covers the -4.5 in an under game.
Writer’s Pick: Indiana -4.5

NCAAF Bowl Game SU Picks
There are just 3 games remaining in the college football season, with the semi-finals coming up next. The Miami/Ole Miss game is a tough one to predict, as I did not expect either of them to be here. I think the Rebels have a bit of a chip on their shoulder after the Kiffin debacle, so I am on them to win.
The other semi-final looks a little clearer to me. In think that Indiana has Oregon beat in every facet of the game, which makes them the obvious choice to move on.
Henry’s SU Card
Miami vs Ole Miss – SU Pick: Ole Miss
Oregon vs Indiana – SU Pick: Indiana
NCAAF Bowl Game ATS Picks
I have my winners picked out for the semi-finals, but what about the point spread? Miami is the favorite in the first of the two games, but since I like Ole Miss to win, I obviously like them to cover.
I also think that Indiana is going to beat Oregon rather comfortably, which makes the current spread of 4 ½ points look like something of a bargain.
Henry’s ATS Card
Miami vs Ole Miss – ATS Pick: Ole Miss (to cover)
Oregon vs Indiana – ATS Pick: Indiana -4.5
NCAAF Bowl Game O/U Picks
From what we have seen out of both Miami and Ole Miss, we have a pair of offenses firing on all cylinders. I think that carries over into the semi-final game, which will give us an offensive duel. With that in mind, let’s take the OVER 51 ½ points.
The other matchup is, in my opinion, a little bit trickier. I have a feeling that Indiana is going to dominate this one, but I am still leaning toward the OVER, which is currently set at 47 points.
Henry’s Totals Card
Miami vs Ole Miss – Pick: OVER 51.5
Oregon vs Indiana – Pick: OVER 47
