James Conner doesn’t seem to have the elite ability to carry the offense, and now McCoy throwing the ball to unproven receivers? This is going to be a nightmare in Arizona.

This is not your Super Bowl Champion Los Angeles Rams. Matthew Stafford is still the leader of this offense and still has Cooper Kupp. Sean McVay thinks the team has retooled for a run, but with 14 draft picks and 25 undrafted free agents, this team is going to be very young. Aaron Donald is an absolute stud, but does he have enough help on defense?

The cream of the crop in this division. Trey Lance is going to get his chances, right? Brock Purdy appears to be out at least the first few weeks, and don’t forget Sam Darnold is now there as well. Kyle Shanahan has the ability to figure things out and get his team in a chance to compete. The running game for the 49ers is going to be a treat to watch with McCaffrey and Mitchell. This is the team to beat in the division, can anyone beat them?

Seattle Seahawks +222

Geno Smith got a big contract and another top receiver. Jaxon Smith-Njigba is going to be a stud for the Seahawks.  Noah Fant and Will Dissly should be good security blankets for Geno. Zach Charbonnet is going to be known as a sleeper and will compete with Kenneth Walker for snaps this season. This is going to be a fun offense. Can they stop anyone?

The 49ers are the team to beat—the favorites. If anyone, and I mean ANYONE else wins this division, it’s an upset. Seattle will compete, but just not enough defense there to compete at the top with San Francisco.

Now to the NFC Winner:

• Los Angeles Rams +4500

• Arizona Cardinals +10000

The Rams and the Cardinals are at the bottom of the division. It would not be an upset if the 49ers won it, but certainly would be at 11/1 odds if Pete Carroll and his team got to the Super Bowl.

Finally, Super Bowl odds:

• Seattle Seahawks +3000

• Los Angeles Rams +6500

• Arizona Cardinals +20000

If you have any faith that San Francisco is going to be really good, you have to bet this at 10/1 odds, right?

Week 2: Los Angeles Rams vs. San Francisco 49ers
If the Rams want to stay contenders for a while, winning at home would be a big one here. The 49ers will be road favorites.

Week 6: Seattle Seahawks at Cincinnati Bengals
We should know by this point if Seattle has any kind of defense. They will need it to compete with Joe Burrow. But this could be a chance where Geno shines and gets the offense in a shoot-out.

Week 10: San Francisco 49ers at Jacksonville Jaguars
This may not be that big of an upset. But, again, if the 49ers want to win the NFC title, this is a game they should win. Sure, Jacksonville will be talented, but still not as good as the 49ers.
