The Venezuelans gave up a single goal to Syria and Saudi Arabia in 2-1 victories. The road underdog only gave up 1 goal in the loss to Uzbekistan, falling via penalty kicks.

Home squad Colombia is in as good of form as Venezuela. The Colombians drew against the United States and South Korea in international friendlies in January and March.

Then in their last three, Colombia beat Japan 2-1, Iraq 1-0, and in an international friendly surprise, Germany 2-0 on June 20. The Colombians beat Venezuela in the last head-to-head, a FIFA World Cup qualifying match in 2022.

This Colombia side is better than that one. A cover victory is more than possible and the payout odds, +107, are nice.
