MyBookie returns with free esports betting predictions for Saturday, April 24. Here are our betting tips and predictions for two exciting DreamLeague Dota Pro Circuit (DPC) Dota 2 bouts featuring Team Secret, Tundra Esports, Alliance, and Team Nigma. Let’s get right to it so you can get ready to make your bets against their Dota2 odds.

Dota2 DreamLeague DPC: Western Europe Upper Division April 24th Matches

Team Secret Vs Tundra Esports – DreamLeague Season 15 DPC

  • When: Saturday, April 24 – 18:00 CEST

Team Secret failed to impress with their recent sowings. As a team that was nearly unbeaten throughout 2020, Secret struggled to make much noise at ONE Esports Singapore Major and haven’t looked too good in their DreamLeague opener either.

In Singapore, Secret lost to PSG.LGD, won against OB Esports x Neon but got eliminated by Invictus Gaming. Secret’s only match since was against Team Nigma on Saturday, when they lost 0-2.

Before this match, Secret will have played one more against Helbear Smashers on Tuesday, which they should win. But regardless of how that game goes, it doesn’t change the fact that Secret aren’t doing too well.

Tundra Esports are not as strong as Secret and can hardly be viewed as one of Europe’s best teams. They have done well in their tournament opener when they beat Hellbear Smashers (2-1) but ended up losing to Brame (0-2) on Tuesday, which is not a good look.

It’s easy to understand why the esports bookmakers have Tundra priced as massive underdogs. That, however, doesn’t mean they can’t put up a fight.

Tundra have defeated top-tier teams before, and who are we to say they can’t do it again? They beat Liquid and, as well as forced Alliance and OG to three maps just two months back.

Although a few solid showings don’t mean much, siding with the underdogs here is the way to go. At the offered odds, it makes sense to take Tundra with a 1.5 map handicap.

Prediction: Tundra Esports +1.5 maps

Alliance Vs Team Nigma – DreamLeague Season 15 DPC

  • When: Saturday, April 24 – 21:00 CEST

As two of the strongest European Dota 2 teams, Alliance and Team Nigma met only once before in 2021. Their only bout happened during the 14th DreamLeague season in January when Nigma won 2-1.

Nigma have since performed relatively well but failed to impress at the Singapore Major. There, they lost to Team Liquid, PSG.LGD, AS Monaco Gambit, T1, and drew against Vici Gaming.

Nigma broke the streak of disappointing results with a 2-0 sweep of Secret on Tuesday. Although a solid showing from the ex-Liquid roster wouldn’t overreact to one result alone.

Nigma are the type of team that can defeat anyone on a good day but can also lose to anyone. This makes it very hard to trust them as betting favorites.

Alliance did not make it far in Singapore either. However, they produced a few respectable results.

Out of seven games played, Alliance lost three against PSG.LGS, Thunder Predator, and Aster. They drew the remaining five against Vici, Quincy Crew, OB Esports x Neon, and Team Liquid.

It’s to debate which record should we value higher, but there is no denying Alliance looked like a more consistent team.

Had Nigma been priced as underdogs, we would take their side. But we can’t make ourselves bet on a team that can be very hit-or-miss.

Prediction: Alliance to win
