NFL 2021-22 Season Week 18 O/U Betting Picks, Odds & Predictions

While all the talk about the final week of the NFL regular season is about who will and won’t make the playoffs, it is also worth remembering that there are still a couple of divisions up for grabs. In the AFC, the Bills and Patriots will be battling it out to see who wins the East, while the NFC West has the LA Rams and Arizona Cardinals heading into the final week with a shot at winning it. All 4 of those teams will be in the postseason, but two of them will end up getting the prize of a home game in the opening round. There is a lot to play for in the final week of the season and a tin of games that have playoff implications, which is just the way we want it. For now, let’s take a look at the games we really like in the O/U department so you can get all set to make your bets against the NFL odds.

2021 Season Week 18 Over/Under Picks | NFL Betting

Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions (OVER 42 ½)

Last week, our point total parlay was killed by the Packers by a ½ point, but I am not going to let that frustration get in the way of playing them again. That said, one thing to watch out for here is the game time status of Aaron Rodgers. While the QB has stated that he wants to start this one, the Packers have nothing to play for, as they have already clinched the #1 seed in the NFC. That might be enough to make the coaching staff decide to sideline Rodgers. With Rodgers on board, the Packers have seen 5 of their last 6 games go OVER the point total, with the exact same numbers in place versus divisional opponents. The Lions have been trending under, but 6 of the last 10 meetings between these teams have gone OVER.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Baltimore Ravens (UNDER 41 ½)

Both of these teams come into the final game of the season with an outside shot at taking the final playoff spot in the AFC. That said, they are both relying on the Jacksonville Jaguars to beat the Indianapolis Colts, so you have to say that their chances of getting in seem slim. The Steelers kept their hopes alive, while also guaranteeing another non-losing season, with a win over the Cleveland Browns last weekend. The Ravens sunk even deeper into the abyss with a loss to the LA Rams, their 5th straight. It is a collapse that no one really saw coming and you have to wonder how they are going to dig out to win this one. These two always seem to engage in defensive battles, with 5 of their last 7 meetings in Baltimore going UNDER.

Tennessee Titans at Houston Texans (OVER 43)

There were a lot of fans who wrote off the Tennessee Titans after losing Derrick Henry to injury a few weeks ago. They have proven everyone wrong, though, winning 3 of their last 4 to make it to the #1 seed in the AFC. They do, though, still have the Kansas City Chiefs breathing down their neck, so if they want to hold on to that top spot and get the opening round bye, they need to go out and win in Houston. The Texans saw a surprising 2-game win streak come to an end last week when they were crushed by the 49ers, and I’m thinking we might see more of the same here. Each of the last 5 meetings between these teams in Houston has gone OVER.
