2023 NFL Week 15 ATS Picks: It’s a brave person who would come out now and confidently try to predict how the remainder of the NFL season is going to play out. That’s great news for fans and bettors alike, as it means more meaningful games on the schedule in the final few weeks of the season. That said, it also makes handicapping games a little tougher, with the upsets and surprises really starting to pile up. Even with that, we had ourselves a solid showing in Week 14, going 6-2-1 with out picks for the week. Let’s see if we can build on that and have another money-making weekend, focusing on the NFL ATS selections that we really like this weekend.

Denver Broncos at Detroit Lions

It took the Broncos a moment to get going, but they finally seem to be getting their act together, winning 6 of their last 7 games, a run that has helped them get back into the playoff conversation. They have beaten some very good teams during that run, but a trip to Detroit to face the Lions is another very tough one. Detroit is living up to their billing as potential Super Bowl dark horse, going 9-4 to take control of the NFC North, controlling their own playoff destiny in the process. This looks like a good matchup, but I am leaning toward the Lions, who have covered the spread in 6 of their last 7 games versus teams from the AFC. They are also 14-6 ATS in their last 20 games overall.

New York Giants at New Orleans Saints

In terms of overall performance, there is very little to differentiate these two teams, but the state of the divisions means that the Saints are in a much better place than the Giants. The NFC South is still very much up for grabs even with the Saints sitting a game below .500 heading into Week 15 of the season. The Giants have one less win than their opponent this weekend, but they are much worse off when it comes to the playoff picture. That, plus New Orleans being at home, puts things very much in the favor of the Saints, in my humble opinion. They are just 1-7 ATS in their last 8 games at home, but I think that playoff push helps them to win and cover in this one.

New York Jets at Miami Dolphins

As we mentioned at the top of this piece, there have been a ton of surprises all season long. The Dolphins were on the receiving end of that last weekend, gassing a 14-point lead to the Titans after being in cruise control with 5 minutes to play in that game. They will be looking to bounce back with a win this weekend, and they might well have the perfect opponent to make that happen. The Jets did deliver a surprise win of their own, beating the Texans last time out, but that took them to just 5-8 this season. You also have to consider that they are a very poor 2-9 ATS in their last 11 versus the Dolphins, which is why I like Miami for a comfortable win this weekend.
