Chargers Offensive Lineup:

The Los Angeles Chargers, of course, will send Justin Herbert out as the starting quarterback. Behind him appears to be Easton Stick and then former TCU quarterback Max Duggan. Herbert played in 17 games a season ago, and threw for nearly 4,800 yards. The former Oregon Ducks signal caller will look to lower his 38 sacks of a season ago.

The running back position belongs to Austin Ekeler. The Chargers hope he stays healthy for 17 games this season, but if not, Joshua Kelley and Isaiah Spiller are there to be the backup. Ekeler was able to play in all 17 games last season, while Kelly played in 13. Ekeler was 85 yards shy of 1,000 on the ground, but his 13 touchdowns were a difference-maker. Ekeler also saw 127 targets in the pass game as well.

Keenan Allen leads a talented receiving core. Allen is with Mike Williams, Quentin Johnson, Joshua Palmer, and Jalen Guyton. Allen managed just 10 games a season ago, for 66 catches, and 752 yards. Allen caught 4 touchdown passes, which was tied for second on the team. Williams led the team with 895 receiving yards, and had just shy of 100 targets in 13 games. Palmer was the top target guy, outside of running back Ekeler. Palmer finished with 107 targets.

At tight end, the Chargers look to use both Gerald Everett and Donald Parham Jr. Everett caught 58 passes to Parham’s 10 a season ago.

Schedule for Chargers in 2023

The Chargers play in the AFC West, which means home and away games with the Chiefs, Raiders, and Broncos. Other games on the schedule include – the week 1 opener at home against the Miami Dolphins, before back-to-back road games at the Titans and Vikings.

Following the bye things get interesting with a home game against Dallas, before a trip to Kansas City, back home for the Bears to wrap up October, and then on the road at the Jets to start November.

The Chargers then get four nondivisional games, as they host the Lions, play at Green Bay, host Baltimore, and go on the road to New England. final stretch sees four out of five divisional games. A home game with the Broncos, a trip to Vegas, a home game with the Bills, a trip to Denver, and a home game against the Chiefs.

Betting Numbers for the Chargers
