NFL 2020 Week 14 ATS Picks Expert Analysis

NFL Week 14 ATS Picks Expert Analysis

Written by on December 7, 2020

Usually by the time Monday rolls around, we have just one game left to play on the NFL schedule for the week. With all the craziness that went down last week, there are still 3 games to play in Week 13. With that in mind, we don’t yet have access to all the odds for the games in Week 14, but certainly more than enough to put some picks together. With just 4 weeks remaining in the regular season, most of the games take on extra meaning, as the battle for playoffs spots is set to slip into high gear. For the purposes of this piece, we are going to focus on ATS picks for the week, but we will have selections of all kinds coming your way throughout the week. That said, let jump right into action so you can place your bets against their NFL odds.

Week 14 ATS Picks for the 2020 Season | NFL Betting

Tennessee Titans (-7 ½) at Jacksonville Jaguars

The AFC South has turned into a 2-horse race between the Tennessee Titans and the Indianapolis Colts, with both teams sitting at 8-4. The Titans maintain the tie-breaker at the top, but with the Colts continuing to pick up wins, they cannot afford to let up. Tennessee is coming off a disappointing loss to the Cleveland Browns and need to get back to winning ways if they are win the division and land a better seeding in the playoffs. A game against Jacksonville may be the cure for all that ails the Titans after that loss, as you would certainly expect them to win. They are also 5-2 ATS in their last 7 meetings with the Jaguars.  Jacksonville has covered the spread in 4 of the last 5, but I think they come up short here.

Kansas City Chiefs (-7 ½) at Miami Dolphins

In the early part of the season, there were not a lot of people picking the Miami Dolphins to go to the playoffs. As we head into Week 15, they are defying the critics and sitting in the #6 seed in the AFC. It’s a tight race in that conference, though, and they are probably going to need 10 wins this season to be one of the 7 teams competing for the AFC crown in the postseason. The Dolphins are at home this weekend, but they will be going against the Chiefs, the defending champions and arguably the best team in the league right now. The Chiefs have been a great bet in the month of December, going 5-1-1 in their last 7 games in that month. I think they win and cover against the Dolphins.

New Orleans Saints (-7) at Philadelphia Eagles

Over the years, we have seen very good teams derailed by injuries to key personnel. We thought we might see that happen to the Saints when Drew Brees went down with injury a few weeks ago, but Taysom Hill has come in and led New Orleans to victory in each of his three starts. On the flipside, the Philadelphia Eagles have QB issues of their own, with Carson Wentz benched on favor of Jalen Hurts this past weekend. We have yet to here who will start for the Eagles in Week 15, but we are not so sure it really matters at this point. This Eagles team is just 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games and I believe things are about to get even worse.
