Super Bowl Betting Odds & Early Predictions After Calendar Release | MyBookie Football Betting Preview of the National Football Conference Season

2024 NFL Season | 105th season of the National Football League
Super Bowl LIX: Sunday, February 9, 2025

Kansas City Chiefs

The back to back champions remain at the top of the list. Patrick Mahomes still has his safety blanket in Travis Kelce. It would certainly be something if the Chiefs would win a third straight Super Bowl title. Health is a major key for this aging team.

San Francisco 49ers +600

The 49ers were a win away a season ago. This is still a very talented football team. Of course, all season we will hear about Brock Purdy, and whether he is the leader needed to win a Super Bowl. In the end, the 49ers have a guy other teams do not – Christian McCaffrey.

Baltimore Ravens +900

Lamar Jackson is still the signal caller for this team. The league Most Valuable Player a season ago was able to add some help to his offensive arsenal in Derrick Henry. The Ravens are certainly going to be tested out of the AFC North, but should still be the class of the division.

Betting Baltimore Ravens to Win

Super Bowl LIX
NFL Odds: +900 | Updated Lines for Super Bowl

Detroit Lions +1200

Dan Campbell and his Detroit Lions were a win away from reaching the Super Bowl a season ago. Jared Goff and his weapons continue to improve. Are we going to see another improvement for this season or will we see last year was a one year fluke? Detroit is the favorite in the NFC North.

Betting Detroit Lions to Win

Super Bowl LIX
NFL Odds: +1200 | Updated Lines for Super Bowl

Buffalo Bills +1200

Josh Allen has some new weapons. No longer is Stefon Diggs one of those weapons. This is a team that has been trying to mix all the ingredients together to be the AFC team in the Super Bowl. Buffalo got hot late in the season last year to get into the postseason. Can they repeat that task this season?

Betting Buffalo Bills to Win

NFL Odds: +1200 | Updated Lines for Super Bowl

Cincinnati Bengals +1300

Joe Burrow is going to be back and healthy this season. Really looking at last season, that was the start of how the wheels came off. The Bengals know they have to remain in win now mode with the construction of their roster. This is a talented team, and they come into the season at +13/1 to win the Super Bowl.

Houston Texans +1600

The biggest name in the league heading into the season may be CJ Stroud. The offensive Rookie of the Year a season ago was able to add another talented weapon to his arsenal. The Texans grabbed Stefon Diggs from Buffalo. Now he has all the studs to throw the football too. If Houston can get the running game going consistently, they are going to be awfully tough to slow down.

Betting Houston Texans to Win

NFL Odds: +1600 | Updated Lines for Super Bowl

Philadelphia Eagles +1700

The Philadelphia Eagles made the Super Bowl in the winter of 2023, but had a major drop off towards the end of last season. Was it injuries? Are the Eagles done with their current head coach? Philadelphia will need to pick up the pace this season if they want to get back to being one of the elite teams in the National Football League. The Eagles are listed at +1700 to win the Super Bowl in 2024-2025.

Dallas Cowboys +1700

All eyes are on Dak Prescott. Can the signal caller turn the corner and get the job done? Dallas is going to be willing to move on soon if he cannot find the right postseason magic to win the big game. The Cowboys are tied with the Eagles, and both are going to be favorites to win the NFC East. The rest of the division should be two wins for both Dallas and Philadelphiua. The Cowboys are +17/1 to win the Super Bowl.

Betting Dallas Cowboys to Win

Green Bay Packers +1900

The youngest team in the National Football League made the postseason last season. No Aaron Jones this season, but the Packers are excited about the addition of Josh Jacobs. It will be interesting to see how the progression of their quarterback Jordan Love goes for this season. The Packers are listed at +19/1 to win the Super Bowl, which is second in their own division.

New York Jets +2000

Is this the last chance for Aaron Rodgers? After not even getting out of the first game a season ago, it’s probably a wise choice to be a little cautious with this team. There is some talent, but they have a thin margin of error. The New York Jets start the season at +2000 to win the Super Bowl.

Others in Consideration:

  • Miami Dolphins +2200
  • Atlanta Falcons +2200
  • Los Angeles Chargers +3000
  • Chicago Bears +3000
  • Los Angeles Rams +3500

Final Super Bowl Early Betting Picks

Our final prediction to play in the Super Bowl is the Cincinnati Bengals out of the AFC and the Philadelphia Eagles out of the NFC. Quarterback play is the theme here. Joe Burrow is one of the best quarterbacks in the league for the Bengals, while Jalen Hurts continues to dominate in Philadelphia.

Cincinnati is listed at +1300. There is a potential they would have to beat Baltimore, Houston and Kansas City in the same postseason run. It may not be in that order, and those teams could certainly change, but the Bengals will need to earn it.

Out of the NFC – we are going to go with a team that knows what it takes to get to the Super Bowl. We like the talent in Philadelphia. Jalen Hurts has got to be more careful with the ball, but we like his focus coming into the season. Taking the Eagles at +1700 is not that big of a scary risk. It would be a fun payout, and the expectations can remain fairly low.

Enjoy the National Football League season. We will be seeing games on the field before you know it. Best of luck with all your NFL Betting!

Which NFL teams have the toughest schedules this season?

Most NFL analysts believe the Pittsburgh Steelers, Baltimore Ravens, and Chicago Bears have the toughest schedules. Based on a quick look, those analysts are right.

In addition to their division schedule, the Steelers must play against the Chiefs, Seahawks, Packers, Titans, Vikings, and Chargers. Those are all potential playoff squads.

The Ravens play against the Packers, the Vikings, and Kansas City. Baltimore also shows the Los Angeles Rams, Miami Dolphins, and Indianapolis Colts on their out of division schedule.

Even though the Bears missed the playoffs last season, NFL schedulers gave Chicago no breaks. The Rams, Seahawks, and Tampa Bay are on the schedule.

If you planned on backing the Bears, Steelers, or Ravens to win the 2022 Super Bowl, reconsider. Strength of schedule is a huge determining factor to whether a team makes the playoffs.

Which NFL teams have the easiest regular season schedules?

How the heck did the Tampa Bay Buccaneers land one of the easiest schedules in the league? Blame it on the NFL’s revolving division door. This season, it’s the NFC South’s turn to play against the NFC East and AFC East.

So Tom Brady and the Bucs get to throw down against such juggernauts as the New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, and New York Giants. Unless Brady gets hurt, chalk up Tampa and New Orleans, and maybe even Carolina or Atlanta, as playoff teams.

The Dolphins and Cowboys are a couple of other teams who should benefit from easy schedules. Miami, especially, looks like a playoff squad. Dallas must prove their defense is good enough and quarterback Dak Prescott heads into the season after suffering an injury in 2020.

Based on current Super Bowl odds, which three teams offer the most underlay odds?

The Colts, Ravens, and Steelers are underlays. We know why Baltimore and Pittsburgh offer underlay odds.

The Ravens’ and Steelers’ play two of the toughest schedules in the league. Cleveland should win the AFC North, which means Baltimore and Pittsburgh could miss the playoffs.

The Colts are at +2000. Carson Wentz isn’t an upgrade over last season’s starter, Philip Rivers. Indianapolis has a good defense and great offensive line, but quarterback is the most important position on the field.

Which three teams offer the most overlay odds to win the Lombardi Trophy?

Because of strength of schedule, and because many are undervaluing Sean Payton’s Jameis Winston / Taysom Hill quarterback strategy, the New Orleans Saints are the top overlay on the board at +2800. The Saints will win a lot of football games this season.

Tampa Bay may not be an overlay, but they do offer fair odds. The Buccaneers will send one of the best defenses in the league to the field. Also, Tom Brady shouldn’t have taken too much of a backward step after last season.

If Rodgers decides to play, Green Bay is an overlay at +2000. The Dolphins are the final overlay team. Miami has one of the easiest schedules in the league, Tua Tagovailoa got a legit WR1 in Jaylen Waddle, and the defense should be great.
